My children have both loved their time a Holmhirst preschool. We found all the staff to be nurturing and supportive and they showed lots of care for how our children were developing. The preschool is well organised and purposeful with lots of opportunities for learning through play which my children have loved. They especially enjoyed splashing with their friends in the water in summer! Our whole family are very grateful for all the kindness and care given at Holmhirst preschool.

Both our children attended Holmhirst Preschool. The team clearly care deeply about the wellbeing and development of the children they work with. Communication has been excellent with regular updates on progress and staff are always available to deal with any questions or requests. As a family we have experienced a level of support and kindness above and beyond our expectations. Our children always look forward to their day at preschool and are smiling when we drop them off and pick them up. We have found the approach to be a fantastic bridge to primary school where our oldest is now thriving in no small part due to the nurture and encouragement she received during her time at Holmhirst. As parents it is reassuring to know that our children are being looked after in such a positive environment.

If you are wondering whether to send your child to Holmhirst Pre School - do it! What can we say that hasn't been said already by many other parents across the years. All 3 of my daughters have loved their time here and have been nurtured, guided and developed to be inquisitive, confident and self-sufficent little people. The staff and manager are outstanding and their dedication to the Pre School and the safety, well-being and development of its children is unrivalled.

We love Holmhirst preschool and would highly recommend it.  Both our children have attended and we have always been confident that they are both safe and happy, while also having lots of fun! The preschool has an real focus on gently encouraging independence so that the children are prepared for starting school. The staff have gone to huge lengths during covid to ensure the environment is safe.
